In our latest episode, we feature President Biden’s remarks from last week on two of the biggest stories impacting democracy in the world. First, President Biden addressed the criminal conviction of former President Trump and the disgraceful — or as he put it, reckless, dangerous, and irresponsible — reaction from the MAGA movement.
Second, he announced in great detail a 3-phase plan to wind down the war between Israel and Palestine that includes an immediate cease fire and return of all hostages, among other provisions. Whatever you think of either or both, it’s worth listening to President Biden’s remarks!
